Gincy Kandankulam, M.D. 
Family Medicine


Board Certified in Family Medicine, Gincy L. Kandankulam, M.D., recently relocated to South Florida from Ohio where she has been practicing medicine for the past five years. A native of Westchester, New York, Dr. Kandankulam began her education at the University of Debracen Medical and Sciences Health Centre in Hungary before earning her medical degree from Slaska Akademia Medyczna Katowice in Poland. She continued her training with the Ellis Family Practice Residency Program in Schenectady, New York, providing inpatient and outpatient care for all ages.

Following her training, Dr. Kandankulam worked as a solo practitioner in North Jackson, Ohio, 
caring for a broad spectrum of patients from newborns to the elderly. In addition to general 
primary care of acute and chronic illnesses, her experience includes gynecologic care, mental health care, and performing minor office procedures.

Dr. Kandankulam is married with three children, two young boys and a beautiful baby girl. In addition to spending time with her family, she is an outdoor enthusiast with an adventurous spirit and enjoys activities such as traveling, photography, rock climbing and skydiving.

Andrew Savin, M.D. 
Internal Medicine


Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Andrew L. Savin, M.D. has an extensive background as a primary care physician. He received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. He then completed Residencies in General Surgery at Michael Reese Hospital and in Internal Medicine at the Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago.

Dr. Savin recently relocated to Palm Beach County after practicing in the Chicago area for more than 20 years, most recently with North Shore University Health System in Gurnee, Illinois.

Dr. Savin has been happily married for 27 years and has two sons ages 23 and 21. His hobbies include building model ships, woodworking, oil painting and cooking. He is also an electric car enthusiast!

Joseph Jose, M.D. 
Internal Medicine


Dr. Jose and his family recently relocated to Palm Beach County from Ohio where he has been practicing medicine for the past nine years. A native of Queens, New York, Dr. Jose earned his medical degree from the Medical University of the Americas in the West Indies. He continued his training in Youngstown, Ohio completing his Residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with Western Reserve Health Education at Northeast Ohio University College of Medicine, where he had the honor of serving as Chief Resident.

Dr. Jose remained in the Youngstown area, caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to the 
elderly in both the private practice and hospital setting. In addition, he served as a Clinical 
Assistant Professor of Medicine with Northeast Ohio Medical University, was the Director of
Adolescent Medicine Clerkship at Western Reserve Care and was a key faculty member to the internal medicine Residency program with Valley Care.

Dr. Jose and his wife have two boys and recently welcomed a baby girl. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys traveling and playing basketball.
